We are looking for our new leading colleague in mechanical engineering technology, whose task is to guide the mechanical engineering technology department, manage the technical developments of the company, maintain a contact of high level with customers, develop and practise a pricing policy.

What we expect

• specialized advanced technical degree
• min. 3-5 years of experience in the field of manufacturing technology
• managing experience
• experience in project- and team management
• stable professional English language skills, other language skills are an advantage

Tasks

• High level professional contact with customers
• Managing the work of the technology team (6-7 people), defining technological processes, preparing production documentation
• Supervision of quotation preparation, preparation of quotations
• Supervision of plant workload in the light of order confirmations
• Professional supporting of sales activities
• Professional supporting of strategic decisions
• Leading role in technical developments, active participation in the development of plant- and production technology processes
