We process this information for the purpose of answering your questions, needs and requests, and for monitoring and improving our websites.

The legal basis for the management of these data is our legitimate interest to improve your user experience, to help you with your questions or any needs, and to develop our websites.

This data will be processed until the arrangement of or answering your request / application, after which it will be deleted within 6 months.

Job seeker

Personal data and information that you provide for recruitment when applying for a job and submitting your Curriculum Vitae (“Recruitment Data”)

This information is used to evaluate and select suitable candidates for the advertised positions, and later to inform the person concerned if there are other similar job opportunities at our Company.

All information that may be included in your CV, such as your full name, email address, phone number, home address, age, gender, education, previous jobs, etc.

We will evaluate the personal data you provide for this purpose in the light of our legitimate interest in selecting the most suitable candidate and, after the selection process, in concluding an employment contract with the successful candidate and maintaining the employment relationship.

This data will be processed until your request is processed or answered, after which it will be deleted within 6 months.

Participant in a questionnaire survey (“Evaluations and Opinions”)

The information you provide when completing a questionnaire, or answering a survey or opinion poll, or giving an assessment and evaluation. (“Questionnaire Data”).

The purpose of data management is to collect information on specific issues, topics, such as our services, products and their quality, and for statistical purposes. In many cases, these questionnaires, surveys and opinion polls are filled in and answered anonymously. If the survey is not anonymous, we will inform you at the moment of data collection

The legal basis for the management of the Questionnaire Data is to enforce our legitimate interest in monitoring and improving our products and services related to our customers and users.

Feedback from you regarding our products and services is important to us, so we store this data for 3 years from the date of the given rating and opinion, after which it will be deleted or anonymized. Personal data collected by answering the questionnaire surveys will be deleted within 3 years from the date of the submitted or answered questionnaire, the other data will be stored anonymously for statistical purpose

Data provided voluntarily
When you provide us with personal information (for example, in the cases described above), in some cases we may ask you for additional information on a voluntary basis, which is optional, and serves to better understand the needs of our customers and to provide an appropriate customized service.

Data processed for statistical purposes
We also collect and manage aggregate data such as e.g. the statistical data (hereinafter referred to as “Aggregate Data”). Aggregate Data may be derived from your personal information, but it does not allow for identification. For example, we may aggregate Usage and Tool Data to determine, as a percentage, the extent to which certain features of our websites are used by website visitors. We use Aggregate Data solely for our own business purposes.

Sensitive personal information
It is incompatible with the activities of our company to collect and process sensitive personal data. You have the opportunity to evaluate and comment when using our website. In the event that you do so, please use textual content that does not provide us with sensitive personal data or information.

Our website - based on the activities of our company - is not intended for children or minor users, so we do not intend to handle data about children at all. If we become aware that the personal data of a child under the age of 16 has come into our possession, we will take all necessary steps to comply with the applicable data protection provisions, including the deletion of the relevant personal data.

The data will be kept for the duration and validity period of the contract, unless your company appoints another representative / contact person during this period. However, for business or archival purposes, we will keep written communications and correspondence with you for a longer period of time for the reasons required by the particular topic or circumstance.

The legal basis for this data management is our legitimate interest in controlling and improving our websites, products and services.

From the log files of our servers (web servers), we can manage information related to your computer, such as your IP address, operation system, and browser type (“Usage and Device Information”). We use this data for system administration purposes and to analyze how people use our websites and other digital platforms.

Our websites also offer the opportunity to share your experiences and make contact with us on our sites registered on social networks operated by third parties, such as Twitter or Facebook. All personal information about you is stored on security servers in the European Economic Area. However, based on the details below, your data may be transferred outside Hungary as well.

The framework, rules and conditions of the data transmission required for the support activity are determined by the regulations of the service provider.
SRG Group Ltd. (headquarters: Budapest, Attila út 17, 1013, phone: (06 1) 700 1499, Managing Director: Bertalan Hais, e-mail: CEG@SRG.HU) provides platform development, platform maintenance and webmastering services to our Company.

10. International transfer of personal data
4S-2000 Ltd. is a domestic company, so at international level, no data communication or data transfer takes place on our behalf in the direction of third parties.

As a general rule, we will not store your personal data for any purpose beyond the period what is necessary for the data processing purpose for which it was collected, including the purposes of fulfilling any legal, accounting or data reporting obligations.
